Texture pattern II Preview

Texture #pattern II is a counter-intuitive visual experiment, it is about creating difference through repetition. One parameter changes in the repetition of fixed sequence in a grid within a grid, this bit of interference creates new patterns by repetition with different visual results.

The piece allows simple interaction, you can click/touch and the colours change within the logic of the algorithm, while maintaining the uniqueness of each token, almost endless variations within each piece are posible.

You can also add or subtract additional lines or noise to alter its texture.


's' saves a png

'j' saves a jpg

'1','2','4' sets the pixel density to 1,2,4

'l' allows you to toggle the texture made by lines
'+' adds more lines
'-' removes lines
'n' allows you to toggle extra noise
'm' adds more noise
'b' removes some noise
